This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how SHARK VIDEO GAMES collect, use and disclose your information when you use our ANDROID APPs. This Policy applies to information we collect when you use our ANDROID APPs.

1. Content: A careful selection of images and sounds has been made that allow the content of our Apps are accesible and appropiate for childen under 13. 

2. Functionality: Our applications have been designed so that children achieve a fun learning and gaming experience appropriate to their age, Our Apps are very easy to use. 

Our Apps Never take photographs,  Never record voice or video and Never ask for Names , email or similiar information that could identify the user.

3. Privacy for all users.

• Our Apps, for all users,  does NOT actively collect any personal information.

• The Analytics information we collect through third-party tools is only used to support the internal operation of the Application, namely, to maintain and develop the application, and to offer contextual advertising suitable for user. Information collected: device_type, mobile_brand_name, mobile_model_name, platform_version, device_id, country. As you can see, we NEVER collect or ask for personal information.

4. Children Privacy. COPPA.

• All our Game Apps are for Android platform and are certified COPPA compliant.

• The Applications are intended for children under the age of 13. Our Apps does not actively collect any personal information from children.

• The Analytics information we collect through third-party tools is only used to support the internal operation of the Application, namely, to maintain and develop the application, and to offer contextual advertising suitable for children. • The Analytics information that we process is aggregated information that we ourselves cannot attribute to a specific user.

5. Third parties -  APIS and SDK -.

We work with the following third parties in all our Apps:

We use the following ad provider serve contextual ads in our game apps. These network is part of the Google Play certified ad network program. These network is restricted from tracking users and serving behavioural ads.

We have enabled settings on these third party ad provider to ensure that no behavioural tracking takes place, data collected is used solely to serve contextual ads and this data is not shared with any other third parties. All ads are subject to human review for appropriateness.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
